Do you have a minimum order?
Our minimum order is $10.00 not including shipping charges.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards. All credit card payments are verified and processed by Shopify Payments. We do not store any credit card information on our servers.
Payments can also be made using credit, debit cards or e-cheque with PayPal Express Checkout. Please note that PayPal e-cheques take approx. 3-5 days to clear and we won't be able to ship your order until after we are advised that the cheque has cleared.
Buy Now Pay Later with PayPal. Divide your purchase into 4 interest free instalments. Checkout with PayPal, choose "PayPal pay in 4" and complete your purchase.
Buy Now Pay Later with AfterPay or Zip. We have partnered with AfterPay and Zip to provide you with an easy payment option to buy now and pay later with no interest! You must have an account with AfterPay or Zip in order to use this as a payment option.
How much is shipping?
We charge a flat rate $10.00 shipping for Australia Post standard delivery (Parcel Post) and $14.00 for Australia Post express delivery (Express Post) on all orders below $100 value.
We offer Free Delivery on all orders of $100 and over (not including shipping charge). Orders over $150 value will be shipped Express Post.
$2.90 signature on delivery is additional to the above rates and can be added at the checkout.

How long will it take to process my order?
Orders will be dispatched within 24 hours after receipt of payment. Approximate transit time for standard Australia Post delivery is 2-14 business days depending on your location. If your delivery is urgent please select Express Post at the checkout.
What is your return policy?
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase you can return the item/s within 14 days for a refund subject to conditions specified in our Return Policy
Do you offer wholesale accounts?
We aim to offer our customers high quality products at affordable prices. Most of our products are already discounted and selling at below regular retail pricing, therefore regrettably we are unable to offer wholesale discounts.
Do you offer local pick-up?
Unfortunately we don't have the facility to sell face-to-face or offer collection in person, but we will process your order quickly and ship it out same or the following business day at the latest.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently orders placed on this website are delivered within Australia only. If you reside outside of Australia and would like to place an order, please email us at info@ozbeads.com.au to inquire about international delivery.
